Renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship and commitment to quality, the company is trusted by leading cultural and historic organisations to work on some of the region''s most significant and sensitive buildings.Your new role You will take full commercial responsibility for a prestigious high-end refurbishment in Virginia Water valued at £15m. This includes managing structural restoration, bespoke joinery packages, and high-speed finishes. You''ll oversee cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle, while working closely with clients, architects, and specialist trades.What you''ll need to succeed You''ll have at least 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS delivering high-end residential or heritage refurbishment projects. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, excellent commercial and negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
