They are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Portadown. This role is central to ensuring the commercial success of their projects, supporting both pre-construction and live project delivery across a diverse portfolio. Your new role The Quantity Surveyor will manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring value for money, strong financial control, and compliance with contractual obligations. You will work closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior management to support the successful delivery of high-quality construction outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesCost Management - Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost plans, and cash-flow forecasts.Tendering and Procurement - Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and subcontractor packages; evaluate and negotiate tenders.Contract Administration - Manage contract documentation, variations, valuations, and claims.Measurement and Valuation - Conduct accurate measurement of works and prepare interim and final valuations.Risk and Value Engineering - Identify cost risks and opportunities, advising on value-driven solutions.Reporting - Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and commercial updates for senior management.Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with ..... full job details .....
