This multi-accredited and industry-leading company is dedicated to delivering sustainable water projects across the Midlands region, priding themselves on innovation, quality and excellence in project delivery. They offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development, and due to continued success, they are looking to expand their commercial team.This is a full-time permanent position (37 hours per week, Monday - Friday) with the option for hybrid and flexible working.Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:Negotiating contracts and providing commercial support throughout deliveryAttending sites to carry out measurement and value workAdvising project stakeholders of commercial-related issuesLeading the dispute resolution processProviding advice on contractual claimsManaging assessment and certification of monthly applications for paymentsProcessing subcontract paymentsManaging plant suppliers.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have:Degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying (or similar) or experience equivalentAbility to identify, quantify and control commercial risksGood working knowledge of NEC form of contractSound ..... full job details .....
