Due to continued growth, they are seeking to strengthen their commercial team with the addition of a Maintenance Quantity Surveyor.Your new role As an MTC Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for managing the commercial aspects of maintenance and small works projects. You will play a key role in ensuring cost control, value delivery, and efficient project execution across a range of ongoing works and reactive maintenance contracts.Responsibilities will include:Managing the commercial delivery of maintenance and minor works contractsPreparing cost estimates, budgets, and valuationsMonitoring project costs and ensuring works are delivered within budgetAssessing and processing subcontractor payments and variationsLiaising with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project deliveryIdentifying and managing commercial risks and opportunitiesProducing regular cost reports and forecastsEnsuring compliance with contractual and company proceduresWhat you''ll need to succeed Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within maintenance, ..... full job details .....
