Known for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors, the business offers a collaborative environment and a strong focus on professional development.Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor based in Inverness, you will play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of construction projects. You will be responsible for providing full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.This role also provides the opportunity to broaden your skill set by gaining exposure to Project Management and Employer''s Agent services. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders across multiple projects at different stages, contributing to the successful delivery of developments throughout the region.What you''ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will:Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineHave experience working across a variety of construction projectsDemonstrate strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contractsPossess excellent commercial awareness and attention to detailHave strong communication and negotiation skillsBe able to work independently as well as part of a teamIdeally, be MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.What you''ll get in returnIn return, you will ..... full job details .....
