Quantity Surveyor job in Bristol, £300 - £400 per day, 1-year contract Your New Company Hays Construction are pleased to be assisting a leading organisation with the recruitment of a Quantity Surveyor based out of Bristol. Your New RoleYou will be reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements, scrutinising subcontractor estimates and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals, liaising with the project team, clients, subcontractors, and other investors, as well as preparing reports, contract analysis, budgets, commercial risk assessments, and other documents.You will also be advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies, documenting any changes in design and updating budgets, as well as establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.What You''ll Need To SucceedYou will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a sound knowledge of construction, excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills as well as strong analytical and critical thinking skills.What You''ll Get In ReturnThis role is being offered at a daily rate between £300 - £400 per day on a 1-year contract.What You''ll Need To Do NowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now. ..... full job details .....
