Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work within a supportive environment, taking ownership of commercial activities while collaborating closely with project managers and site teams to deliver successful projects. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and appoint subcontractors across various construction schemes. Manage subcontractor packages from appointment through to final account completion. Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and cost assessments. Build strong working relationships with Contracts Managers and site teams. Carry out site visits to review completed works, quality, and project costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and information management systems.
