Senior Quantity Surveyor6 month contractManchester/ReddingInside IR35Harvey Nash''s client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Project Managers, Engineers, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and wider project teamsReview and manage upstream and downstream contracts, identifying risks and negotiating favourable termsLead commercial delivery across projectsWork closely with Project Managers to ensure effective cost control and commercial performanceSupport monthly project review processes, identifying risks and driving mitigation strategiesDeliver accurate commercial reporting across individual projects and the wider portfolioSupport budgeting and forecasting activities alongside finance and operational teamsRequirementsProven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level on infrastructure projectsStrong working knowledge of NEC3 Option A contractsDemonstrated expertise in cost control, financial management, and commercial governanceExperience supporting or leading dispute resolution processesAbility to influence stakeholders and lead on commercial strategy within complex project ..... full job details .....
