Up to -50,000 to -70,000 p.a plus benefits dependant on experience

A career progression opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor that is seeking a new role and sole control over a -40m project based in the East Midlands. This role gives a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or current Project Quantity surveyor to gain sole project management experience and grow within a business.

The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business which has seen a health turnover increase to -40m in 2025.

Duties:

Optimising contract profitability
Provide quotations to clients for variations
Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
Accurate monthly cost and value reports
All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
Time management skills and meeting deadlines
Experience in value engineering
Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
