Role Overview We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage National Grid infrastructure projects under NEC4 contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost control, contract administration and commercial reporting, working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of allocated NEC4 projects. Prepare and manage Compensation Events, Early Warning Notices and Applications for Payment. Produce monthly CVRs, forecasts and cost reports. Administer subcontractor accounts and procurement. Manage commercial risks and opportunities. Negotiate and agree final accounts.
