We are supporting a leading infrastructure contractor in the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a flagship multi-year high value project. The role Mostly client-side Based onsite 5 days per week Part of a programme valued at around 70 million, running until 2029 Contract terms 12-month rolling contract Outside IR35 Competitive rate which includes travel and hotel What we are looking for Strong NEC contract administration experience, including compensation events, early warnings, change control and payment applications Experience managing project costs, budgets, forecasting and financial reporting across the project lifecycle Strong IT skills Comfortable working onsite and embedded with the client team Interested, or know someone who might be?
