Working as part of a multi-disciplinary project team, you''ll be responsible for the commercial management of projects from inception through to final account. Key duties will include: Contract administration (NEC) Managing subcontractor accounts, Assessing and negotiating compensation events, Preparing valuations and forecasts, Cost reporting, Risk management Providing project teams with commercial advice. Requirements: Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the defence, nuclear or civil engineering sectors. Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.
