Operating across high-value national frameworks and capital programmes, this business delivers complex infrastructure projects across the utilities sector - offering long-term stability and genuine career progression.The RoleReporting to the Project Commercial Lead, you''ll take full commercial ownership of a portfolio of projects on a high-profile utilities framework, with individual project values ranging from 5m to 15m. This is a role where you''ll be given real autonomy - with the opportunity to make a genuine impact on project outcomes from early-stage cost planning through to final account.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare applications, valuations, and cost/value reconciliations (CVRs)Maintain cost control and forecasting across allocated packagesProduce and analyse weekly and monthly commercial reports covering value, cost, and cash flowManage supply chain engagement, negotiation, and performanceSupport risk and value management processesAdminister NEC contracts and maintain accurate commercial recordsLead subcontract procurement and contract setupAdvise project teams on contractual and commercial mattersEnsure compliance with project safety and quality requirementsLiaise with site teams, subcontractors, and client representativesWhat You''ll NeedDegree in Quantity Surveying or ..... full job details .....
