Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civils / Enabling WorksLocation: Suffolk Hybrid (2-3 days on site per week)Salary: 55,000 - 75,000 + travel allowance, private healthcare, pension and moreA leading cost and project management consultancy is looking for a QS and Senior QS to join a growing commercial team delivering one of the UK''s most high-profile civil engineering programmes in Suffolk.These roles are seconded directly into one of the UK''s leading main contractors - giving you rare client-side exposure within a consultancy environment, working at the heart of a complex, long-term infrastructure programme.The RoleWorking on complex civils and enabling works packages, you''ll be embedded in an integrated delivery team, supporting the commercial management of major workstreams from an active stage of the programme through to completion. Some of your main responsibilities will include:Administer NEC3 contracts - change control, payments, and early warningsManage commercial reporting, forecasting and riskSupport governance and ensure alignment with contractual and programme obligationsWork closely with delivery teams across a multi-disciplinary project structureWhat We''re Looking ForQS: 3+ years in construction, civils or infrastructure / Senior QS: 6+ yearsStrong NEC3 administration experience - confident managing change and payments end-to-endBackground in civils, enabling works, or major infrastructure preferredComfortable with site attendance 2-3 days per ..... full job details .....
