Freelance Quantity Surveyor Environment Agency Project Bideford, Devon Hybrid The Opportunity We re looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a live £10m Environment Agency project based in Bideford, Devon. This is a technically challenging civils scheme involving the construction of a reservoir and dam, offering a great mix of earthworks, RC and infrastructure delivery. The project is already underway, so this role will suit a QS who is comfortable stepping into a live job and taking ownership of commercial activities from day one. This is a long-term freelance opportunity (up to 12 months) with strong continuity of work. The Role As Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you ll support the commercial management of the project, working closely with site and operational teams to drive performance and maintain commercial control.
