Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity SurveyorLocation: Gatwick Airport and Central London (1 day per week)Sector: Infrastructure / Aviation ProjectsWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing delivery team supporting a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and construction projects at Gatwick Airport. Projects range from small-value works through to major capital schemes.Working within an established commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, risk management, and supply chain administration.Key Responsibilities Manage commercial processes and contractual correspondence. Prepare valuations, applications for payment and cost/value reconciliations. Monitor project costs, forecasting, cash flow and budgets. Support risk and value management activities. Administer subcontractor procurement and contract management. Produce commercial reports and payment certificates. Liaise with project teams, clients and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, health and safety and environmental requirements. Requirements Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction, infrastructure or civil engineering projects. Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
