Quantity Surveyor - BristolWhat you ll be doing Depending on your level, responsibilities will include: Managing project costsPreparing and progressing monthly valuationsManaging variations and changeJob costing and financial reviewsPreparing and agreeing final accountsMonitoring payments against contract termsReviewing contracts and highlighting commercial riskWorking closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and site teamsMaintaining accurate project documentationSupporting the wider commercial team What we re looking for We re interested in speaking with Quantity Surveyors from MandE, building services, specialist contracting or wider construction backgrounds.Relevant experience could include: Mechanical and electrical projectsJCT contractsMonthly valuationsCVRs and cost reportingVariations and change controlFinal accountsSubcontractor commercial managementCommercial risk What s on offer Competitive salary based on experience30 days holiday including public holidaysEmployer pension ..... full job details .....
