We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project delivery team, taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of a varied portfolio of construction projects typically valued between £200k and £10m. Reporting to the Managing Surveyor and Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in protecting commercial performance, supporting pre-construction cost development and helping deliver projects that meet client expectations, quality standards and contractual requirements.
