Quantity Surveyor Location - South West (Cardiff, Swansea and Exeter sites) Salary: c£50,000 neg + £8000 car allowance + 25% bonus Industry: Energy / Solar An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK energy contractor for a project based in the South West Quantity Surveyor - Benefits Car Allowance Bonus Annual Leave 25 days plus bank holidays Pension scheme Private Healthcare Life Assurance Quantity Surveyor Role The Quantity Surveyor will contribute to the success of the company development pipeline, with multiple construction projects commencing over the next 12 months. The successful candidate will work with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and the wider construction team, with responsibility for the full lifecycle of the project, responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting of construction activities, evaluating subcontractor performance, assisting with audit and cost verifications, drafting contract communications, and attending site meetings.
