You will be working on Fit-out and refurb projects with MandE elements so having experience and being familiar with MandE will be required. Managing the commercial aspects of the project from procurement through to final account Managing subcontractor procurement, tendering and package awards Preparing and managing subcontractor accounts, valuations and payments Monitoring project costs, budgets and commercial performance Managing variations, change control and compensation events Supporting the preparation of cost reports and commercial forecasts Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team Managing commercial relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Supporting the resolution of contractual and commercial matters Contributing to the successful commercial delivery of the project It is a home based role, with occasional visits required.
