Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - Outside IR35

We re working with a busy and well-established Construction company contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across London, looking to bring on a Freelance Quantity Surveyor. The Role You ll take ownership of projects from start to finish across a varied portfolio, including Residential, Heritage and Education projects Start: 2 4 weeks Contract: Outside IR35 Duration: Long-term / ongoing work secured Working pattern: Hybrid (site/office + 1 day WFH) Supportive team with autonomy over your projects Requirements Proven experience running projects end-to-end Refurbishment / external works experience (desirable) Strong client-facing and communication skills Comfortable supporting/mentoring an Assistant QS This is a great opportunity for a QS looking for long-term freelance work, autonomy, and a strong project pipeline. ..... full job details .....
