      <description>Location: Orpington | Salary: &amp;pound;300 - &amp;pound;350/day | Type: Contract | We’re working with a busy and well-established Construction company contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across London, looking to bring on a  Freelance Quantity Surveyor .   The Role   You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish across a varied portfolio, including Residential, Heritage and Education projects  	  Start:  2–4 weeks 	  Contract:  Outside IR35 	  Duration:  Long-term / ongoing work secured 	  Working pattern:  Hybrid (site/office + 1 day WFH) 	 Supportive team with autonomy over your projects    Requirements   	 Proven experience running projects end-to-end 	 Refurbishment / external works experience (desirable) 	 Strong client-facing and communication skills 	 Comfortable supporting/mentoring an Assistant QS   This is a great opportunity for a QS looking for  long-term freelance work, autonomy, and a strong project pipeline .</description>
