Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - Outside IR35

We’re working with a busy and well-established Construction company contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across London, looking to bring on a Freelance Quantity Surveyor.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish across a varied portfolio, including Residential, Heritage and Education projects

• Start: 2–4 weeks
• Contract: Outside IR35
• Duration: Long-term / ongoing work secured
• Working pattern: Hybrid (site/office + 1 day WFH)
• Supportive team with autonomy over your projects

Requirements

• Proven experience running projects end-to-end
• Refurbishment / external works experience (desirable)
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Comfortable supporting/mentoring an Assistant QS
