As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of our care home projects-through to completion. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage budgets, contracts, and cost control while ensuring the successful financial outcome of projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site visits and gather all necessary data to assist with the preparation of detailed quotations and proposals. Manage cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned projects. Prepare accurate valuations, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts.
