An innovative, international Construction Consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Manchester.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive, close-knit team, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects while gaining experience across the residential sector, which is currently the team''s focus.

The role requires strong communication skills, as the Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients and colleagues to support the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or working towards it
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Solid Pre / Post Contract knowledge
• Experience working within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Commutable to Manchester
