Quantity Surveyor

A forward thinking, Northern Construction Consultancy are looking to hire a motivated Quantity Surveyor to expand their Quantity Surveying team in Warrington.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, working across a varied and exciting project portfolio.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the budgets, costs, and forecasts of the company, working closely with clients to produce accurate reports.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Previous experience within a PQS
• Ideally experience within the commercial sector
• Good Pre and Post Contract knowledge
• Working towards taking APC or completed
