Quantity Surveyor

A professional Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a bright and professional Quantity Surveyor, or Assistant Quantity Surveyor seeking a step up, to join their team-focused, north London office.

The Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a myriad of project sectors including mixed-use, retail, residential, and life sciences - ensuring you are never pigeonholed.

On the smaller schemes, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall lead and carry out the day to day work with Director support as required. On the larger schemes (up to -500m), you will assist the Directors with take-offs, valuations, producing estimates and more.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 2 years quantity surveying experience
• Either an Assistant QS seeking a step up, or currently a QS
• Looking to achieve MRICS
• Good pre and post contract experience
