Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious Construction Consultancy is seeking a driven and independent Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a rapidly expanding QS team wo are looking to add a QS who enjoys working across a myriad of projects including: landscaping, commercial, mixed use, private residential and education.

Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will have their own projects to manage, providing pre and post contract tasks from inception to completion with support of a Partner and Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• MRICS or MCIOB, would be ideal
• Good pre and post contract knowledge.
• Able to take on a project independently
• Client facing
• 3+ years QS experience
