Quantity Surveyor

A modern, London based Cost Consultancy, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor eager to take on greater responsibility and ascend to a senior level in the coming years.

The Quantity Surveyor''s Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of circa 30 Quantity Surveyors and shall work closely with an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Director in delivering projects, primarily within the healthcare sector.

Outside of the healthcare sector, the successful Quantity Surveyor will also be working leisure, data centre, and office fit out schemes - providing pre and post contract support.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Any healthcare project experience would be a plus, not essential
• Team focused, confident, professional
