A director at a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a passionate Employer''s Agent to join their Romsey office.

The Employers Agent''s role

The successful Employers Agent will join an expanding EA and Quantity Surveying team where you will work on a variety of new build residential projects for both public and private sectors.

The Employers Agent will be expected to act in a client facing role, delivering cost and quality reports for the client as well as pre and post contract duties.

The Employer''s Agent

• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or working towards
• Pre and post contract experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Employers Agent experience
• Car and driver''s license
