Quantity Surveyor

A national construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on a wide variety of projects across an array of sectors such as residential, logistics, commercial and healthcare for established clients.

The Quantity Surveyor will help lead some smaller projects from inception to completion, whilst helping the Senior QS on the larger projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or in the process of
• Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
• Car and driver''s license
• Experience in a client facing position
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• PQS / Consultancy background
