An innovative construction and property consultant is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an expanding QS team who are taking on a range of different projects across the residential, commercial, education, industrial, infrastructure, retain and technology sectors.

Day to day, the Quantity Surveyor will carry out a variety of duties such as, cost planning, estimating costs and profit lines to reduce budget risk and contract administration.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree (or similar RICS associated)
• Already or is committed to achieve chartered status
• Consultancy experience
• Pre and post contract experience
• Drivers licence
