Working closely with the Principal Surveyor and wider Capital Works, Commercial and Mobilisation teams, you will play a key role in the delivery of lifecycle replacement programmes, capital projects, dilapidations and contract transition activities. This is a commercially focused position where you will be responsible for cost modelling, forecasting, tender documentation, lifecycle planning and capital expenditure management across a diverse estate. You will prepare cost plans, Bills of Quantities, pre-tender estimates and pricing schedules, whilst monitoring project expenditure, variations and commercial risk. The role also involves supporting procurement activities, advising on contractual matters and contributing towards the successful delivery of FM and capital works programmes.
