Working closely with the Principal Surveyor and wider Capital Works, Commercial and Mobilisation teams, you will play a key role in the delivery of lifecycle replacement programmes, capital projects, dilapidations and contract transition activities. This is a commercially focused position where you will be responsible for cost modelling, forecasting, tender documentation, lifecycle planning and capital expenditure management across a diverse estate. You will prepare cost plans, Bills of Quantities, pre-tender estimates and pricing schedules, whilst monitoring project expenditure, variations and commercial risk.
