Quantity Surveyor

One of the South West''s specialist Property Consultancies is actively recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be based in Exeter.

THE POSITION

They are actively looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to manage projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-end residential projects, take responsibility for their own clients and play a key role in delivering bespoke developments.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Quantity Surveyor must:

• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Have 3+ years'' experience working in a Quantity Surveying role

• Have experience working within the Residential sector 

• Be confident managing their own projects from inception to completion

• Have strong communication and client-facing skills

• Have consultancy experience (preferred, but not essential)
