Quantity Surveyor (Fitout)

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist fit out contractor based in St Paul''s, Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing business delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, ranging from smaller fast-paced fit outs through to larger, more complex refurbishment schemes. The role offers plenty of variety, autonomy and the opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial procurement through to final account. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects simultaneously. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans and forecasts. Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, negotiation and package management. Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts. Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and maximise profitability. Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and the wider delivery team. Manage subcontractor payments and commercial reporting. Attend site meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
