Quantity Surveyor - Fitout

Intermediate QS role - Fit out works - Main contractor, Bristol £To 50k Your new company A respected specialist contractor delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment schemes nationwide. Projects are predominantly fast-track, valued between £200k-£1m, across the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors. This newly created position has been introduced to support ongoing expansion and offers excellent scope for career development.Your new role As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will manage 2-4 projects from tender stage through to final account. Working closely with Contracts Managers, Site Managers, suppliers and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably, compliantly and to programme, often within live trading environments. Projects will be smaller fast track schemes in the hospitality fit-out and refurbishment sectors. You will be based from the Bristol office with regular travel to sites across the UK.You will manage the commercial process from tender stage through to final account, including cost planning, procurement and subcontractor management. Working closely with site teams and stakeholders, you will control costs, manage variations and valuations, and negotiate best value across fast-track projects.
