Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Outs

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in commercial fit out projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a national interior fit-outs business, who are currently on the look out for Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our ongoing projects, ensuring that all works are being completed on budget.

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying
• Ideally, a-RICS/CIOB Membership
• Strong understanding of materials, pricing & contracts (JCT/NEC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and variations
• Collaborate with design and PM teams
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor costs, forecast spend, and ensure profitability.
