You''ll play a key role in managing the commercial performance of construction and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Manage project costs, budgets and forecasts. Prepare valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Price and manage variations and change control. Procure and commercially manage subcontractors. Monitor project performance and protect margins. Produce accurate commercial reports and CVRs. Work closely with project, procurement and finance teams. Requirements Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction, commercial fit-out or interiors. Strong knowledge of cost control, subcontract procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts. Good understanding of UK construction contracts.
