      <description>Location: Southampton | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;75000/annum + Car Allowance | Type: Permanent | FBR are currently recruiting on behalf of a medium sized housing developer based within Ringwood, Hampshire. They produce a fantastic product and have an excellent reputation within this sector. They normally produce between 50-150-units per site and have a lot of new sites starting very soon in the coming months. They now seek a Quantity Surveyor to join on a permanent basis. The salary on offer would be between -60k75k p/a DOE and level of surveying operating at.  You will be employed as a Quantity Surveyor working 5 days a week in an office-based role. You will be expected to work Monday-Friday assisting the commercial team and the other contracted surveyors within the business. Day to day duties will include: financial management, financial reports, settlement of accounts, looking at variations, looking at valuations with both client and sub-contractors and overall cost reporting and budgeting.-  You must have previous experience as a surveyor within the housing development sector.
