Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing all financial and contractual aspects of projects, working closely with Project Managers and Operations Directors. This role is responsible for the evaluation, negotiation, management, and mitigation of commercial and contractual risks across projects for the client. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide expert commercial advice, identify opportunities for cost savings, maximise commercial benefits across contracts, and ensure effective management of contract variations and claims.
