Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Quantity Surveyor About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor and a Managing QS to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing all financial and contractual aspects of projects, working closely with Project Managers and Operations Directors. This role is responsible for the evaluation, negotiation, management, and mitigation of commercial and contractual risks across projects for the client.
