Working across a range of commercial construction projects, you''ll be responsible for managing costs from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual requirements. Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationCommercial management of construction projectsCost planning, valuations, and forecastingProcurement and management of subcontractorsManaging variations and final accountsProducing commercial reports and cost analysisLiaising with clients, consultants, and project teams Requirements of Quantity Surveyor Previous experience as a QSPrevious Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractorCommercial construction backgroundStrong knowledge of JCT contractsExcellent commercial and negotiation skillsFull UK Driving Licence The project is a commercial build and has a long duration.
