The role of an Quantity Surveyor You will play an essential part of the commercial team reporting directly to the Senior Project Surveyor working on a high profile 175m Student accomodation block consisting of over 650 apartments. As Quantity Surveyor you will play a vital role in supporting both pre-construction and post-construction stages, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and meeting client expectations. Duties of an Quantity Surveyor Collaborate with the Senior Project Surveyor and project teams to provide professional and cost-effective advice, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Support in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, and cost plans. Assist in conducting feasibility studies and site visits to gather crucial data for accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective cost control and value engineering throughout projects.
