The company provide services such as: Air Source Heat Pump Installations, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Insulation work (EWI, IWI, CWI) and Solar Panel Installation.The company have a healthy pipeline of work and get regular repeat business from their clients due to the standard of service they provide. They also work across a number of established frameworks.They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them to be based in their regional offices in Loughborough, and covering sites within the Leicestershire region. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to progress and develop their career with lots of opportunity to move upwards within the business. Reporting to the Commercial Director, your duties will include:Manage the Procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers on all contracts under the QS''s control.Placing all sub-contract orders in line with programme requirements, ensuring best price and contract adherence are achieved.Placing material orders in line with programme requirements, ensuring that all records are saved appropriately and details provided to finance.Comply with all deadlines Provide accurate and fully detailed ..... full job details .....
