Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join leading housebuilder to work on a major flagship new build development in Greater Manchester?

Due to brand new developments starting, there is an exciting opportunity to join a leading housebuilder to work on a flagship mixed use housing development with a mix of private sale and social housing.

Project based, you will report into a Commercial Manager and be responsible for the management of several subcontract packages working within a supportive experienced commercial team.

With a healthy pipeline of projects, there is excellent career progression opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of quantity surveying ideally 4-5 years post grad experience.
• Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Background within a house builder of social housing developer environment
• Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively

Salary & Package on offer:

• Market leading package
• Base Salary -50,000 - -55,000
