The company specialise in housing developments across the Yorkshire region. Quantity Surveyor role The principle purpose of the role is to provide effective commercial management and control of projects, and to administer these in line with the applicable contract terms/statutory legislation. The role will cover all aspects within the commercial function and will be deadline driven, and will require excellent prioritisation and organisational skills. You will need to be a confident communicator, proficient with Microsoft packages.
