About the role of Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a huge tier 1 main contractor with an outstanding -1.9billion turnover and a worldwide turnover of over -40 billion! They have a proven track record by delivering thousands of projects across the sectors including healthcare, education, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, residential developments and more.

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor, degree qualified, commutable distance to Norwich

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor

• Cost Planning and Budget Managing
• Procurement and subcontract management
• Contract administration
• Valuations and payments
• Cost reporting

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor

• Previous experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor
• Degree qualified
• Good understanding of commercial methods & construction industry
• At least 7 years of experience
• Administered JCT or NEC contracts
