Quantity Surveyor

Are you a project or package Quantity Surveyor who would be interested in joining a leading build contractor working on a -250m high end development?

Due to the next phase of a high specification mixed used commercial & residential development there is an opportunity to join a leading building contractor to oversee several packages on a major -250m project.

Project based, you will report into a Commercial Manager and be responsible for the management management of several subcontract packages working within a supportive experienced commercial team.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of quantity surveying ideally 4-5 years post grad experience.
• Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Background within a main contractor or developer environment
• Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively

Salary & Package on offer:

• -45,000 - -55,000 (depending on experience)
