Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based in Verwood, Dorset who tackle new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects. The business undertakes projects across education, healthcare, commercial, and public sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they''re now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a project valued between -1m - -6m.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

• Manage subcontract procurement
• Manage subcontractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
• Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
• Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• Have around 10 years'' experience in commercial construction
• Have administered JCT form of contract
• Must have the full right to work in the UK
• Must live within commutable distance to Verwood, Dorset
